Before joining the Trust, Alcacio was the communications manager for Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago, where she led a variety of marketing and communications initiatives to elevate the importance of homeownership in revitalizing communities on the South and West Side of the city of Chicago. Throughout her career, Alcacio has leveraged communications to make a positive difference.
Alcacio was born and raised in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood. She earned her bachelor of arts degree in communication from Loyola University of Chicago.
